At SharkNinja, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, secure, and convenient. We deliver products across India and offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

1. Shipping Availability

We currently ship to most serviceable locations across India.

Some remote or restricted pin codes may not be serviceable by our logistics partners. If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you regarding your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order placement and verification.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders generally take approximately:

5–8 business days to arrive.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, holidays, public disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

🎁 FREE SHIPPING is available on eligible orders as mentioned on the product/checkout page.

If any additional shipping charge applies to a particular product or location, it will be clearly displayed before you place your order.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable locations.

For COD orders, our team may contact you for confirmation.

Please provide a valid and active phone number when placing your order and keep your phone available to receive confirmation calls.

You may also be asked to confirm your order through WhatsApp.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we may provide tracking information through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or your order page, where available.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment is handed over to the courier.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we work with our logistics partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, SAZILO cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Delays may occur because of:

Weather conditions
Courier delays
Incorrect/incomplete address
Public holidays
High shipping volumes
Remote locations
Transportation disruptions
Events outside our control

8. Incorrect Address or Phone Number

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional charges or cancellation may apply depending on the circumstances.

9. Refused COD Orders

Please place a COD order only if you genuinely intend to receive the product.

Repeatedly refusing or intentionally placing fake COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

10. Damaged Package

If your package appears seriously damaged at the time of delivery, please contact our customer support as soon as possible and provide photographs/videos of the package and product.

We will review the issue and assist you according to our return/replacement policy.
